Labell'aire, your relaxation retreat in the heart of the mountains. The art of living is now available at high altitude, whether you’re looking for sweeping views or a peaceful place to unwind.
This spot, featuring a high-altitude terrace overlooking the slopes, offers hikers deckchairs, picnic tables, a large hammock… all so you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains! On site, you’ll find the giant red chair, a Manigod throne and various attractions – perfect for your souvenir photos.

It’s brand new for this summer! Discover the new ‘Roule Ma Boule’ activity, which complements the Labell’Aire relaxation area at the top of the Cabeau chairlift!
A fun activity for children. The concept is simple: wooden structures for rolling the ball along the entire course (around 100 metres). A giant marbles game suitable for even the youngest children.
How does it work?
On days when the Cabeau chairlift is open:
Head to the ski lift ticket office to collect your ball. Then take the Cabeau chairlift and, once you arrive at the top, play!
As a bonus, your children can keep the ball they played with.
Price: €5 per ball, including a €2 deposit*.
*The €2 deposit is refundable if you return the ball. You can also keep it and play the course as many times as you like!
These prices do not include the ski lift pass required to access Labell'aire.
When the Cabeau chairlift is closed:
You can also reach Labell'Aire on foot. The ‘Roule ma Boule’ activity is freely accessible, seven days a week from June to September.
Please note: not accessible with a pushchair; please wear closed-toe shoes.
You can collect the ball from the Tourist Office at Col de la Croix Fry or Col de Merdassier.
