The Roule ma Boule is back this year at the summit of Cabeau!
Located in the Labell’Aire area, the latest edition of Roule ma Boule is back, much to the delight of families! This fun activity complements the Labell’Aire relaxation area, nestled in the heart of the Manigod mountains.
A fun course for children
The idea is simple: armed with a ball, children roll it along a wooden course of around 100 metres. A real giant marbles game, this fun activity is suitable for even the youngest children and promises wonderful moments of family bonding.
Make the most of the Labell’Aire area
With its high-altitude terrace set amongst the slopes, Labell’Aire invites young and old alike to relax. On site, you’ll find:
Deckchairs and picnic tables
A large hammock
A giant red chair
The Manigod throne
Entertainment and photo spots
All this with an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains.
How does it work?
Head to the ski lift ticket office at Col de la Croix Fry to collect your token (inside the building housing the Tourist Office, ESF and Labellemontagne).
Take the footpath to the Cabeau chairlift, which will take you to the summit of Tête de Cabeau.
Once at Labell’Aire, enjoy the course and have fun!
And as a bonus: children can keep the ball they played with.
Prices
€5 per ball, including a €2 deposit*.
* The deposit is refunded if you return the ball. You can also choose to keep it to play the course as many times as you like.
Prices exclude the ski lift pass required to access Labell’Aire.
Access on foot
It is also possible to reach Labell’Aire on foot.
The Roule ma Boule activity is open 7 days a week, from July to August. Balls can be collected from the Tourist Office at Col de la Croix Fry or Col de Merdassier.

Activity not accessible with a pushchair.
Please wear closed-toe shoes.
