Located in Manigod, on the Col de La Croix-Fry and at the gateway to the Aravis massif, the ski-in ski-out Hameau de l'Ours residence invites you to share exceptional moments in the mountains, winter and summer alike.
Hameau de l’Ours offers a collection of 49 apartments that comfortably accommodate between 4 and 10 people. Our residence features a varied range of layouts—from 2 to 5 rooms—spanning 45 to 120 m². Each apartment comes with a balcony or terrace.
The refined architecture and spacious interiors of the apartments offer breathtaking views of the Aravis Massif and the ski slopes.
The design reflects the signature expertise of MGM residences: the M’Bar, a large lounge with a fireplace, a wellness area with an indoor pool, and the Montagne du Monde® Spa center—800 m² of space designed for conviviality and serenity, inviting you to relax and recharge.

Hameau de l'Ours holds the "Clef Verte" (Green Key) label—the leading international sustainable tourism certification for accommodation and dining, embodying environmental excellence and responsible commitment. This label, which has championed sustainable tourism for over 20 years, recognizes tourism establishments—including ours—that are committed to rigorous environmental practices.
Our services: Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage with luggage carts, ski room with boot/glove/helmet dryers, bike storage, electric car charging stations, appliances for raclette, fondue, pierrade, and crêpes, board games, baby equipment (cots, high chairs, changing mats, strollers, bottle warmers, potties, and step stools), ironing boards and irons, and a wheelchair. À la carte services:
M'Bar (open to all), pastry and bread ordering service, catering service, grocery delivery, VIP welcome, laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer), pets allowed (surcharge applies).
Practical information:
On arrival day, accommodation is available from 5:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM on departure day. Reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (until 8:00 PM on Saturdays).
A €500 security deposit (via credit card or cheque) is required at check-in.

Features a heated indoor pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, Nordic bath, and more—offering a sensory journey in every season.
The Treatment and Relaxation Area:
Our treatments use Pure Altitude products, combining expert techniques with the power of alpine plants. Enjoy massages, body treatments, and facials ranging from 25 to 80 minutes in our single or duo treatment rooms, and unwind in our softly lit relaxation lounge. Opening Hours and Reception:
Our spa is open daily throughout the season from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; treatments are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are delighted to welcome non-resident guests, ensuring every visit is a moment of total relaxation.
