The perfect playground for families!
Take the Cabeau chairlift to gain altitude effortlessly and open up a world of possibilities for your activities!
Located at the Col de la Croix Fry, the Cabeau chairlift takes you to the summit of Tête de Cabeau, where you can enjoy:
- The "Labell'aire" relaxation area at the mountain peak, featuring giant hammocks, deckchairs, sun loungers, a barbecue, a slackline, a musical wooden cow, a giant photo frame, a giant puzzle, and the "Roule Ma Boule" (rolling ball) game.
- Two downhill hiking trails.
- Six family-friendly downhill mountain biking (MTB) trails and one advanced downhill MTB trail.
- New: A mountain kart track.
- A fun, nature-themed forest trail (free of charge).
During the ascent, take some time to admire the panoramic view of La Tournette and the Manigod Valley.
Please note that you can also take the chairlift back down.
Chairlift operating hours:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every day of the week, from June 27 to August 30, 2026.
Open to pedestrians and mountain bikers.
Rates & payment:
Adults (15+): €8 for a single ascent, €18 for a full-day pass.
Children (5–14): €6.60 for a single ascent, €13 for a full-day pass.
Children under 5 can use the chairlift for free (proof of age required).
Dogs are permitted on the chairlift, provided they are kept on a leash.
Tickets are available for purchase on-site at the Espace Croix Fry ticket office.

Mountain Kart
Don’t miss the resort’s latest thrill—available in both winter and summer: the mountain kart!
Mountain Kart activity requirements:
- Participants must be taller than 1.30m (approx. 4'3") and weigh less than 110kg (approx. 242 lbs).
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Not permitted for pregnant women.
- Not permitted for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs; anyone exhibiting suspicious behavior may be excluded from the activity.
- Not recommended for individuals with back problems.
- Helmets must be worn.
- Appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.

2 runs: 10% discount
5 runs: 15% discount
10 runs: 20% discount
The price includes the chairlift ride (Cabeau chairlift), the kart, and a helmet.
Tickets are available for purchase on-site at the Espace Croix Fry sales point.
Payment accepted via cash or credit/debit card.
You may book your time slot by calling 04 50 32 67 84, with payment due upon arrival.
The pass is shareable, non-refundable, and valid only for the summer 2026 season.
A security deposit (in the form of an ID card) will be required.

To get your souvenir photo, follow these steps:
- Head to the bottom of the Cabeau chairlift upon your arrival.
- Select your photo on the screen.
- Enter the time you passed by to find the right shot.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your photo.
