The perfect playground for families!
Take advantage of the Cabeau chairlift to gain height effortlessly and open up a whole new world of possibilities for your activities.
The Cabeau chairlift, located at the Col de la Croix Fry, takes you to the summit of the Tête de Cabeau where you can :
- Take advantage of the Labell'aire area: a relaxation area at the top of the mountains: giant hammock, deckchairs, sun loungers, barbecue, slack line, musical wooden cow, giant photo frame and Manigod wooden letters.
- Two downhill hiking trails
- Four downhill mountain bike routes for families
- A fun nature trail in the forest (free)
As you climb up, you'll have time to contemplate the panoramic views over La Tournette and the Manigod valley.
New this year, you can now take the chairlift downhill.
Wednesday to Sunday from 27 June to 30 August 2026
Payment can be made by credit card at a dedicated terminal.
You can also pay in cash or book tickets on the Labellemontagne website.
You can buy your ticket at the bottom of the chairlift from a ticket machine or in cash from Labellemontagne staff, or on the Manigod Labellemontagne website.

Adults (aged 15 and over): €8 per ride and €18 for a day pass
Children (aged 5 to 14): €6.60 per ride and €13 for a day pass
The chairlift is free for children under 5, upon presentation of proof of age.
Dogs are allowed on the chairlift free of charge!
Mountain Kart
1 ride: €14.80
2 rides: 10% off
5 rides: 15% off
10 rides: 20% off
The price includes the ride on the Cabeau chairlift, the kart and a helmet.
Access conditions:
The activity is restricted to people over 1.30m tall and weighing less than 110kg
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
Not permitted for pregnant women
Not permitted for people who have consumed alcohol or drugs: anyone exhibiting suspicious behaviour may be excluded from the activity
Not recommended for people with back problems
Helmets must be worn
Appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
