Les Sapins restaurant
Hotel-RestaurantPresentation
Enjoy a panoramic room facing La Tournette for a gourmet stopover in a family atmosphere! Emmanuel offers refined cuisine with Savoyard accents.
"La Table d'Emmanuel PESSEY", more than a Hotel Restaurant, a real family epic!
The story begins in 1963 when Simone and Léon VEYRAT-DUREBEX decided to set up a hotel-restaurant at the top of Col de la Croix Fry. At that time, there was still no talk of a winter sports resort!
The four children: Renée, Marie-Odile, Michèle and Patrice will work as a family. When Léon died, Simone ensured the sustainability of the restaurant with her daughter Renée and her husband Joseph.
Simone will pass on her passion to her grandson Emmanuel who will join the Hotel School of Thonon les Bains, then the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française in Paris.
Today, it is the 3rd generation who runs the Col de la Croix Fry: Renée, Joseph, Emmanuel - the eldest son - in the kitchen and Christophe for the commercial and entertainment part. Daughters-in-law Aline and Peggy at the service.
This is a great family story that has won over customers for 50 years! And, the story is not over ... Phybie, Corentin, Kévin, Lydie, Gabriel and Enael will certainly be there to write the sequel!
Also possibility of banquets, weddings, groups, dance evenings.
