Located just 30 minutes from Annecy and one hour from Geneva, Manigod is easily accessible year-round. Whether arriving via the A40 or A41, you can quickly reach the heart of the Aravis and enjoy easy access to the resort.

The Aravis massif is located 30 minutes from Annecy and its TGV station, and one hour from Geneva and its international airport.

Getting to Manigod by car

From the A40
Exit at Bonneville (No. 16)
→ Follow signs for La Clusaz – Aravis resorts
→ Manigod is 20 km away

From the A41
Exit at Annecy Nord (No. 17)
→ Follow signs for Thônes – Aravis resorts
→ Manigod is 30 km away

Winter driving

Roads are regularly cleared of snow to ensure safe access to the resort.
However, please remember to equip your vehicle with winter tires or carry snow chains in accordance with current regulations.

Once you arrive

From Thônes: 7 minutes to the village of Manigod.
From the village: 15 minutes to Col de la Croix Fry.
From Col de la Croix Fry: 5 minutes to Col de Merdassier.

 

Where to park?

Parking lots at the Village, Col de la Croix Fry, and Col de Merdassier are free year-round.

Electric charging stations

Charge your vehicle with ease.
Several charging stations are available throughout the area to make getting around easier while promoting more sustainable mobility.
  • In the village of Manigod
A charging station for two electric or hybrid vehicles is located opposite the cemetery, at the end of Route de l'Aiguille.
  • At Col de la Croix Fry
Two charging stations for four electric or hybrid vehicles.
  • At Col de Merdassier
A charging station for two electric or hybrid vehicles is located next to the trash bins and the bus stop.

Sustainable mobility

Once here, opt for walking or using the seasonal shuttles to reach the resort's main sites. It’s a simple way to fully enjoy Manigod while protecting the environment.
