Nestled in the heart of a small hamlet 4km from the village of Manigod, Chalet La Gutary welcomes you in summer and winter in the midst of a grandiose and preserved nature for a calm and relaxing holiday!

This typical old Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1882 was entirely renovated between 2007 and 2017, and can accommodate 18 people with all the necessary comforts: outdoor Jacuzzi, 3 sheltered and shaded terraces, fireplace, underfloor heating, table football, ping-pong table, barbecue, WIFI, TV, DVD and connected speakers, raclette and fondue machines, etc...

For ski lovers, the ski areas of Manigod (La Croix Fry and Merdassier) are only 15 minutes away by car, or 20 minutes to get to La Clusaz.

A member of our family lives on site all year round (in the flat below the chalet). He will be able to give you precious tourist advice, give you good addresses to buy good local products in the surrounding farms (reblochons, tommes, fresh milk...), and take care of the snow clearing in winter!

Facilities: fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, connected speaker, WIFI, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer, outdoor jacuzzi, table tennis, table football, darts, barbecue, garden furniture, 3 sheltered terraces + 1 uncovered terrace.
