Le 1467 is a recently built semi-detached chalet located directly on the slopes of the La Croix-Fry ski area, opposite the chairlift. Shops, restaurants, and the ESF ski school are just a stone's throw from the property.
In summer, relax at the Col de Merdassier swimming pool (2 km away) or Lac des Confins (11 km away).
The area around the chalet has magnificent trails for walking or cycling; cyclists can take the Cabeau chairlift before starting their descent. And for more thrills, head to the Manigod mountain kart track, just opposite the chalet.

The property...
1467 is a semi-detached chalet that can accommodate up to eight people (including four adults), thanks to three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The entrance hall leads to a living room, consisting of a bright sitting area with a TV and corner sofa, a dining table for eight people, and a modern open-plan kitchen with a counter.
A bay window opens onto a terrace, furnished with a second dining table and armchairs for enjoying the alpine air. This floor also includes a toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
The second floor is dedicated to the three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and a dormitory for four with bunk beds. In addition to a private balcony, one of the double bedrooms has its own shower room with toilet, while the others share a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, as well as a separate toilet.
Please note that you will also have a covered garage for one car.
