Presentation

Give time to taste, such is the motto of the Joseph Paccard refining cellars!
Maturing is a passionate affair. The Paccard family shares with you their passion for their quality work as well as their local products.

Our mountain has taken thousands of years to raise its beautiful cheese farms.
It took decades to invent our unique refiner know-how, to build a place where Savoy cheeses become gourmets' dreams ...
The Paccard maturing cellars spend the seasons choosing them one by one, almost all their hours listening to them, taking care of them.
So imagine the moment when they give you the taste that time has given them!

JOSEPH & SON
Inventor of his refining know-how, Joseph Paccard also created the cellars that bear his name. Around him, a small family: 12 Savoyards proud of their roots, committed to giving the best of such a generous land. Renowned for their “piecework” work, they select and mature each cheese one by one according to the tastes and wishes of the customers.
In Manigod, in the heart of the Aravis massif and Haute-Savoie, you can find farm cheeses from Savoie, Reblochons, Tommes, Chevrotins, Abondance and Beaufort, gourmet products of very high quality.

To find out more, cellar tours are organized.
