A new format for trail running in Manigod! The principle is simple: all participants start on a 6.7 km loop and have one hour to complete it. If they don't complete the loop in one hour, they are eliminated.
Changing the concept of competition. Today, running races only reward the fastest runners. Ultimate Man revolutionises this competition format. If you're slow, but you can run for hours, you'll be rewarded and become an Ultimate Man or Ultimate Woman.
The change in the concept of competition also involves adversity. In a classic race you have to run faster than your opponents to finish ahead of them. Ultimate Man races will pit you against just one opponent: yourself. In fact, you'll be the only one to decide if you go one lap further.
You're in complete control of your race! Go beyond your limits!
Participants will set off on a 6.7km loop with a positive difference in altitude of 220m. They will have one hour to complete a single loop: the Tour de l'Andran. At each new hour, a new start will be given until only one participant remains, who will be declared the winner. You can register on the ultimateman.fr website.
There are two ways to register:
- 79€: the no limit version
- 30€: the discovery version, in which participants are limited to 4 rounds.
Between each lap, the organisers will provide a full range of hot, cold, savoury and sweet refreshments.
We are limiting this format to 250 people. Once the number of participants has been reached, a waiting list will be created.
