Presentation

Quatuor 441 is a string quartet founded in Paris in 2008 by musicians keen to discover the great chamber music repertoire.
Quatuor 441 is a string quartet founded in Paris in 2008 by musicians keen to discover the great chamber music repertoire.
Last September, violinist Vincent Charbonieras joined the quartet, and Juliette Carradec switched to viola. Ruth Nelson continues on violin and Nicolas Boucher on cello.
These four musicians began studying their instruments at a very early age, and have never stopped playing in various ensembles. As a quartet, they meet regularly to rehearse their chosen works and prepare future concerts.
They play most often in Paris, in private homes, but also in schools, town halls, retirement homes, churches, libraries, entertainment centers, on barges, in bandstands, at the Montmartre arenas...
They are particularly fond of the Romantic period (Beethoven, Dvorak, Borodin, Schubert) and also enjoy playing arrangements of film music or songs.
This summer, they will be giving several concerts in churches across the Haute-Savoie department between July 15 and 19.
