Co-organized by OT and Col de la Croix-Fry/ESF merchants. With the support of Mairie de Manigod/Manigod Labellemontagne/Le Hameau de l'Ours.

Truffle sales, truffle polenta soup with truffle chantilly, truffle chantilly pie by Chalets Hôtel La Croix Fry
Savoury tarts, onion soup by La Ruche
Bocaux, homemade foie gras, smoked trout, herbal tea by le Grenier d'Elise
Oysters by Chez Fonfon
Mac Diots by Vé la Marie à Noré
Charcuterie, cheeses and potato fritters by La Casa Manigod and restaurants
Crepes by Les Rosières
Refreshments by ESF instructors. Hot drinks by Les Sapins

Braderie de matériels par les magasins de sports (Veyrat Sports, Manigod Ski Ride, Valetmont) en collaboration avec le club des sports.
