Come and enjoy the Boudin Festival in the village of Manigod on Sunday 8 October 2023

Come and watch the boudin being made. You can also taste and buy boudin: the sale is in aid of the Association des Paralysés de France. Reservations required at the Restaurant Auberge du Sulens: 04 50 44 97 52 or 06 62 90 44 10 and Saveurs et Terroirs: 07 60 20 04 22 (reservations recommended).

You can also try potato fritters.
